Role purpose:
Deliver Reward & OE key operational activities, in line with business
strategy and within the Reward & OE agenda.
To provide guidance in accordance with policy to HRBP's and using data
analytics.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

Supporting business partners with relevant data and reward trends.
* Support execution and delivery of rewards projects and program delivery, as needed
* Interpret salary data and perform analyses to ensure the competitive positioning within the market.
* Support regularly scheduled pay reviews for select groups of employees (e.g. top talent, critical skills), proposing updates to salary ranges.
* Contribute and administer annual reward review.
* Manipulating data to provide meaningful insights to support all compensation activities.
