With your, you will handle clients' orders and act as a focal point between
Givaudan and the customers.
You will be part of the commercial team, supporting Key Account Managers in
the sales tasks and assignments to support them in reaching their targets and
contribute in the company's overall achievement. You will work on-site
reporting to the Sales Director and based at our site in the 6th of October
City.
Your main responsibilities will be:
* Be a link between the application laboratories and customers to ensure samples, price quotations, and tasting sheets are received.
* Obtain all relevant regulatory documents to accompany the same package
* Obtain all relevant information for the questionnaire and product information as requested by customers
* Maintain customer database
* Order processing
* Complaint handling
* Forecast and distribution/agency operations handling
* Collate sales statistics
* Help with all other activities to improve Sales & Marketing Performance
* Work with commercial tools and systems
You?
* Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant
* 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
* Customer-focused
* Numerate
