In this job of Receptionist , you will be responsible for the below -
What will you do?
* Receiving client and customer calls.
* Receiving guests at the reception.
* Receiving walk in candidates CVs.
* Coordination's and appointments fixing.
* Keep records of visitors, verify their identity and record their data.
* Maintain a neat reception desk and take care of its arrangement so that it is convenient to receive customers.
* Looking after the office environment as per the labor standard.
* Coordinating with the maintenance companies and bring the quotations and offers for office maintenance, renovation, and cleaning.
* Support Admin and HR department as and when required.
* Coordination with companies for offer specialized in administrative affairs.
* Assistance in the preparation of private and public events.
* Preparing employee files and making electronic copies of them.
* Maintaining all the shipments for professional and personal of the associates.
Which Talent do you bring?
* Required fluency in Arabic & English.
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to manage complex tasks at the reception.
* Excellent managing skills.
* Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
* Minimum 1 yr in administration role.
