Boston Scientific's hybrid workplace includes remote and onsite roles. By
applying to this position, you will have the opportunity to discuss your

Remote Eligible: Onsite
Onsite Location(s): Riyadh, SA
Work Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia


Key Responsibilities:



  • Handle the front office - directing all visitors, including vendors, clients, candidates and customers appropriately

  • Screen Incoming calls and direct it to appropriate departments and take accurate and complete messages.

  • Order and Manage the Office Stationery and Pantry supplies

  • Manage the routine Office Administrative duties.

  • Perform other duties as instructed which contribute to the effective office management of the company.

  • Coordinate and manage the day to day operations of the facility staff

  • Handle Travel arrangements when required

  • Responds to emergency calls.

  • Announces visitors and directs them to proper location.

  • Maintains certain records and logs as required by Human Resources Department.

  • Records and refers non-routine questions/enquiries/suggestions/complaints to the appropriate manager/supervisor.


Nice to Have :
* Associate's or bachelor's degree
* Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
* Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Good time management skills.
* Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
* Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
