SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Support the Sales manager in promoting and selling a range of Decorative
products to new/existing/specified potential customers by utilising Jotun's
sales tools and techniques to develop strong customer relationships to achieve
budgeted sales, gross margin, DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and with the aim of
increasing Jotun market share and profitability.
This position is based in Dammam & will report to the Sales Manager -
Decorative (East).
Responsibilities:
* Introduce, promote and sell Decorative products to allocated customers and geographical territories through regular visits to maintain good relationship and obtain market information.
* Execute of sales policies and marketing activities in line with company rules and regulations to support business growth, uniformity and business efficacy.
* Have a strong follow-up on collection as per assigned targets to ensure that company working capital conditions remain healthy.
* Maintain good relationship and provide high quality service to existing customers and attending to customers' complaints.
* Co-ordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery and good customer service.
* Close follow up with stake holders like Contractors, Clients, Consultants & Architects.
* To support in developing contractors team with Loyal paint contractor's programme.
* Liaise with the Project market and respond to enquiries, introducing products and services to projects.
* Undertake and regularly update the area mapping to identify market potential within own designated geographical area together with your immediate Manager.
* Analyse and create monthly report for sales and collections. Area Audit and target the fast tracking of projects
* Ensure that during business transaction, all company procedures are followed, CRM - Customer Relationship Management System including product request, pricing, credit approval, customer information, ordering process, delivery and credit control.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor and /or Master's degree in Sales & Marketing is preferable.
* Minimum 3 to 4 years' of relevant experience in Project Sales & business development.
* Fluency in Arabic & English - both verbally and written.
Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
