Job Purpose:
To promote all packages and services to customers and guests and negotiate to
maximize revenue.
Job Details - Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:* *
* Understanding the clients requirements and then customizing packages and services as per their needs
* Identify key clients and maintain relationship with all potential and existing organizations/ Partners
* Research, prospect, and sell professionally in order to achieve maximum potential revenue for corporate and school segment.
* Reach out to organizations, corporations, trade shows and special functions on regular basis (existing and new clients) to sell: Educational programs, field trips, school groups & corporate groups.
* Promote our leisure units and generate footfall and revenue through B2B (business to business) and B2C sales (business to customer).
* Report data to management and gathering market intelligence
* Provide concrete feedback to the Sales Manager on changing marketing conditions, including trends in the market, as a result of direct sales solicitation, telephone, competition check, networking and direct mail, with his/her accounts.
* Be responsible for all administrative requirements including reports, correspondence, logistics, event orders, budget reports
* Handle all clients requirements and deliver accordingly, within operational parameters
* Update and record all bookings, ensuring fluent communication of bookings across all departments.
* Coordinate payments with finance section.
* Update and record all reservations and confirmations of all groups.
Measure of Success - Illustrative KPIs:
Help in bringing additional revenue and footfall.
An active selling role and going out to the market and driving sales.

1. Possess the capability to sell and bring in schools and corporate groups.
2. Good organizational and planning skills.
3. Strong communication skills and fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.
4. Fully conversant in MS software packages.
5. Results orientated.
6. Flexible in terms of working hours and duties.

* 3 years in the hotel sales industry or leisure and entertainment sales department is preferred
* Should have a valid driving license and a car
