Job Description
* Support clients through phone calls, emails and chat to help them access company resources.
* Build positive relationship with clients to develop and maintain customer satisfaction.
* Provide virtual online learning support and orientation on our services and tools.
* Maintain customer feedback records for development and improvement purposes.
* Submit tickets, complaints, and customer concerns to stakeholders.
* Implement communication plan with clients as needed from different departments.
Qualifications
* Call center experience is a must, minimum 1 Year of experience as a Customer Service agent.
* Very good command of English both spoken and written.
* Good knowledge of MS office (word, excel)
* Very Good communication skills.
