Accountable To
To be responsible for building financial models, prepare financial forecasts
and log term plans. Design and maintain KPI reporting systems, provide costing
and profitability analysis for the various aspects of the business, and
prepare management presentations.
Responsible for
Core Responsibilities:
Develop and monitor financial plans and forecasts for the whole cluster and
for individual units
Monitor the actual performance of departments against the budgets and prepare
periodic reports on the same
Working Relationship
Maintain and periodically enhance financial models to aid financial planning
and financial forecasting
Communicate and discuss analytical reviews, productivity analysis etc. with
the individual units,
Objectives and Role Profile
Perform other relevant functions in the finance department/section as assigned
by the CFO
Design and maintain KPI system,
Key Tasks and Performance Indicators
Design and maintain costing and profitability analysis systems.
Qualifications/Experience/Competencies
Bachelor's degree in Accounting-
Knowledge in ERP, preferably Oracle Financials
Good Analytical interpersonal skills
Professional competencies and flexible approach
Professional qualification CA/CMA or CPA is an advantage
