ROLE PURPOSE:
To execute all analytical tasks (including tasks on Cognos ,CRM, Ceasar, etc)
that would help the sales team to increase the sales and achieve the Overall
SME Performance.
1 - Quality assurance:
Reviewing F &P daily task and insure the met the agreed SLA
* Make sure all the Provided reports and task are withing the Expected Quality
* Follow up the completion and compliance of the data received by sales agent
* Follow up end to end process with operations till cards delivery
* Generate a periodic CRM / Ceasar reports to oversee all different activities by the SME team
2 - Data Analytics:
* Analysis the Performance per Agent/Team/Region
* Share a highlight on the overall sales
* Forecast the sales by Month/Quarter/full year and by the region
* Supporting the Team in Regard to analytical point of view
3 - Commercial Finance:
* Leading the SME Pricing Agenda
* Enhancing the Table rate Methodology
* Reviewing the monthly Renewal Sheet
4 - Administrative Role:
* Checking all the Lapsed account with their new insurer
* Following & manage the daily driver tasks
* Analysis all the new Business won account ( their last insurance / Applied discount / Exceptional request , Etc)
* Providing data and company standard reports to help the sales team
* Woking closely with the regional leaders on their requested Type of the analysis
