Assistant Manager - Financial Planning, Reporting & Analysis - (

Description
Job Purpose : To monitor, analyze, review and report on the financial
performance of Corporate Banking Group and participate in Budget/Forecasting
exercise.
Accountabilities:
a) Reporting:
* Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, monthly, periodic
reports as per the reporting calendar.
* Prepare and analyze Operating Pack, divisional
reports etc. and ensure its timely delivery.
* Support preparing the Customer profitability
analysis of CBG customers.
* Identify loss making customers/products and support the
business to address it.
* Support the business Groups and HR functions in the
performance management cycle.
b)* Verification and monitoring:*
* Review, verify, analyze and report day to day financial
transactions with the system records.
* Monitor GL on a daily basis for movements in Assets / Liabilities / Income / Expenditure and initiate corrective action on irregularities.
* Assist to investigate, verify and reconcile periodical reports
* Reconciliation of Corporate B/S and P&L
c) **Planning/Budgeting:
* Assist in the rollout of the annual budget of Corporate Banking Group and preparing Score cards.
* Keep track of and circulate the achievements of RMs and
divisions in CBG.
* Prepare and monitor the Corporate asset drawdowns and
settlement forecasts and constant engagement with
business to stay on top of market updates.
Qualifications*
Education/Knowledge/Experience/Skills:
a) Education / Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business
Administration/commerce. CA, CPA, MBA Finance is preferable.
b) Knowledge:
* Strong concepts in accounting techniques and practices.
* Good knowledge of financial and accounting standards
* Knowledge of banking activities and the implications for
financial reporting.
* Advanced MS Excel skills.

Finance/Accounting
