Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Data Analyst Manager to join our
team. As a Data Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the
development and implementation of data analysis projects. Your role will
involve managing data collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting to
support strategic decision-making within the organization. You will
collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their data needs and
deliver actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical
background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for using data to drive
business growth.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the development and execution of data analysis projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights and reports.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements, define project objectives, and develop analytical methodologies.
* Manage the end-to-end data analysis process, including data collection, cleansing, transformation, analysis, and visualization.
* Conduct statistical analysis and data mining to identify patterns, trends, and correlations in large datasets.
* Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and statistical models to support predictive and prescriptive analytics.
* Interpret data analysis results and communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
* Provide strategic recommendations based on data insights to support business decision-making and drive operational efficiency.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics and implement best practices within the team.
* Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity, data security, and data governance practices are followed.
* Recruit, train, develop and supervise analyst-level employees.
* Working closely with the finance team in terms of client invoices and partner's payment
Qualifications:
* Digital marketing industry experience is a plus.
* E-commerce experience is a plus.
* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
* Proven experience in a data analysis role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
* Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role is highly desirable.
* Expert in Excel skills
* Strong proficiency in data analysis tools.
* Solid understanding of statistical concepts and techniques, including regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling.
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase.
* Familiarity with data warehouse concepts, data integration, and ETL processes.
* Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate team members, foster a collaborative work environment, and drive continuous improvement.
* Snowflake experience is a plus.
