POSITION SUMMARY

for a National Account Manager (Starbucks) to join our dynamic team. The
National Account Manager is responsible for delivering the desired sales
targets through winning new business, and growing existing key accounts.They
will be extremely disciplined, highly motivated with an entrepreneurial
approach. They will be a self-starter with the ability to champion and drive
change. With a track record to work on multiple projects, prioritizing
workload and utilizing internal support network, the National Account Manager
will have the ability to build strong internal relationships working closely
with cross functional teams.


A DAY IN THE LIFE …
* Identify and develop relationships with key clients and decision makers within your area of responsibility.
* Constantly review the Food services industry to identify key areas of growth, concerns and opportunities for improvement.
* Identify and develop relations with key clients and decision makers within (FSP) Food services Provider Companies.
* Responsible for organising and maintaining own time, completing deadlines and making effective use of market mapping documents to develop a strategy to win new business for both Starbucks 'We Proudly Serve' and 'Premium Self-Serve' solutions.
* Using CRM tools on daily basis to manage all new and existing accounts.
* In weekly review meetings report personal objectives to Kuwait Sales Manager.
* Promotes Starbucks Branded Solutions nationally and self generates leads.
* Delivers account management reports for quarterly business reviews.
* Sales forecasting for existing and new accounts.
* Support the implementation of company programs to ensure the success of the Starbucks Branded Solutions business.
* The successful candidate will be commercially aware with a strong understanding of P&L's, as well as a track record of managing strategic key accounts.
* Analyse sales targets, performance and develop clear business plans for strategic/Key accounts.
* Accountability for the sales results of key accounts - winning new accounts, account retention and growth of existing business.


What will make you successful …
* ‎3-‎5 year's experience in a FMCG sales role, National Account Executive, Key Account Management or preferably as a National Account Manager
* Strong commercial acumen with experience of managing P&L's
* FMCG sales experience ideally within the OOH Channel
* University Degree
* Knowledgeable in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
* Thorough understanding of the OOH channel.
* Fact based selling (uses data effectively to develop compelling sales propositions).
