Job Description and Qualifications
Perform procurement of material / equipment packages as assigned in accordance
with company's policies, procedures and code of conducts, to ensure the
following:
* RFQ Process is fair, open and ethical
* Review material requisition (technical package) to ensure the quality of the package before releasing RFQ to vendors.
* Ensure applicable T&Cs are communicated to vendors along with RFQ package.
* Float enquires through company portal & receive bids
* Act as SPOC to clarify all TQs between Engineering/Specifier & Vendors during RFQ stage.
* Attend technical meetings with stakeholder to access & understand the technical evaluation criteria.
* Negotiate commercial T&Cs with short-list vendors
* Perform overall commercial negotiation with vendors
* Ensure time placement of all orders on the project as per project's schedule.
* Regularly analyze categories of spend to determine potential opportunities regarding cost optimization.
* Coordination with internal stakeholders throughout the procurement life cycle.
* Ensure regular status update of all ongoing activities as well as overall procurement reporting
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Bachelors Degree
Supply Chain Certification (advantage)
Minimum Experience Requirements
Must have worked on large Oil & Gas EPC Project
