Job Responsibilities:
Develop and recommend profitability and growth strategies for Allianz Egypt
based on internal input and external analysis of economic and financial
markets and in alignment with Group strategic objectives
Identifying market opportunities by thoroughly analyzing market & competition,
ensure sustainable growth for all lines of businesses, and build clear
strategic objectives and plans within SD process.
Oversees implementation of agreed on strategies with business heads / COOs
(BUSD)
Ensure Board of Directors & Supervisory meetings are in place according to
legal requirements, review all documents before being presented to the
members, and ensure all strategic topics are covered
Explore major investment opportunities with the aim of creating synergies to
Allianz Egypt and growing the business
Qualifications:
5 -7 Years in financial sector or similar industries, insurance industry
exposure is preferable
3-5 Years’ experience in consultation, corporate strategy, and/or related
fields
Leadership skills and project management skills
Updated with recent market trends & regulatory developments
Master’s degree in related fields is preferable
