Job Responsibilities:
* Develop and recommend profitability and growth strategies for Allianz Egypt based on internal input and external analysis of economic and financial markets and in alignment with Group strategic objectives
* Identifying market opportunities by thoroughly analyzing market & competition, ensure sustainable growth for all lines of businesses, and build clear strategic objectives and plans within SD process.
* Oversees implementation of agreed on strategies with business heads / COOs (BUSD)
* Ensure Board of Directors & Supervisory meetings are in place according to legal requirements, review all documents before being presented to the members, and ensure all strategic topics are covered
* Explore major investment opportunities with the aim of creating synergies to Allianz Egypt and growing the business
Qualifications:
* 5 -7 Years in financial sector or similar industries, insurance industry exposure is preferable
* 3-5 Years' experience in consultation, corporate strategy, and/or related fields
* Leadership skills and project management skills
* Updated with recent market trends & regulatory developments
* Master's degree in related fields is preferable
