Manager
At KPMG Middle East you will play a key role in developing one of the fastest

The Global Strategy Group (GSG) is KPMG's strategy consulting arm with over
3500 consultants worldwide covering sectors including Government & Public
Sector, Energy & Utilities, Financial Services, Life Sciences & Healthcare,
Transportation & Mobility, Technology-Media-Telecom, Industrial Manufacturing,
Consumer & Retail.
We support organizations and executive teams in defining their ambition and
developing innovative strategies that embed the agility, customer-centricity
and operational excellence needed to thrive in dynamic markets. GSG also draws
on KPMG's deep functional expertise to work shoulder to shoulder with our
clients through implementation and deliver targeted results by accelerating
momentum, locking down value and de-risking both decision and action.

Role Responsibility :
Manage one or more client engagements or components of large-scale engagements
Deliver highest quality deliverables, insights and outcomes to clients,
leveraging deep subject matter expertise, strategic thinking and innovative
approaches
Effectively manage engagement scope, resources, timelines and budgets to
deliver timely deliverables and achieve required revenue and profitability
targets
Provide technical knowledge, coaching and development to junior team members
Contribute to business development activities by managing the development of
proposals and thought pieces
Contribute to practice development initiatives and sector programs.
Well versed with Commercia due deligence , Feasibility studies , growth
strategies etc.
Qualification:
6-8 years of experience in a strategy consulting firm
MBA from top tier business school or post graduate diploma in business,
finance, economics from top tier university
Exceptional interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
Strong analytical and cognitive ability
Curiosity and open mindedness to new ideas, approaches and perspectives
English (must) and Arabic (preferred) speaker
UAE / Middle East experience will be a plus.
