JOB PURPOSE:
Manage Delivery process from all factory distribution centres to
customers(direct deliveries)and / or to regional distribution centres assuring
that deliveries are on time and accordingly to received plan(daily follow up
on dispatch plan)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Analyze service required by customers Project / program management
Responsible about 100% delivery of sales volume (more than 2 million units per
year ) Fill rate
Plan and organize transport and deliveries coordinating dispatches from /
between FDCs / RDCs to RDCs/customer in close cooperation with plant
production planning department Logistics application
Solve problems in relation to pick up, transport and delivery (in case of
delays, difficulties, etc..) KPI reporting
Check Transport invoices Analytical thinking
Monitor logistics economic impact and service level to customer Budget
Report activities in terms of KPIs(DIP reliability , MTO performance) Business
process management
Keep strong link with transport suppliers in order to
Optimize transport process through continuously update with delivery
plan/forecasts
Become flexible towards markets through development of new logistics solution
Set schedule ship date to all orders and transfer orders to awaiting shipping
status
Plan delivery location for all orders according to delivery cost/truck
capacity/ stocks availability
Set production and deliveries based on stocks priorities
Daily communication with sales team &customers to solve delivery issues
Handling special deals
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Minimum 5 years experience preferably in logistics
Ability to manage and motivate team members
Result oriented, high level energy
