Your Role - Magic happens when you bring great people together!
1. Use independent judgement to provide timely and effective secretarial,
administrative, and clerical
support to an office, business unit, department, or other organization group.
3. Manage appointments, schedules and make travel arrangements to make best
use of time.
4. Screen telephone calls, incoming mail, publications, and other
correspondence, including confidential
information. Establishes and maintains highly confidential files.
5. Compose, gather, compile, verify and analyze information for use in
documents such as letters,
memos, reports, speeches, and presentations.
6. Assist in the management of department budget. Review and compare monthly
expenses to budget
reports.
7. Review and process expense statements, invoices, and check requests.
8. Perform special project duties as assigned.
9. Consolidating Reports.
Qualifications
About You
* 1-4 years of Experience
* Bachelor's degree of Business Administration or equivalent
* Excellent commend of English.
* Professional user of Microsoft Office.
* Adhering to the principals & values.
* Learning & researching.
* Adapting and responding to change
