Customer Project Manager

About this opportunity

We are now looking for a Customer Project Manager , to lead assigned
customer projects securing those project goals are met, customer expectations
are fulfilled, and that the customer relation is handled in the best possible
way within the scope of the contract!

**

What you will do**

• Establish the project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the vital resources, plans and supervise all activities.


• Drive project execution: track project activities, supervise, handle changes, conflicts, and critical issues.


• Handle customer and partner engagement: run customer relationships build confidence and trust, ensure project progress arrange meetings and customer events.


• Handle project finance: ensure financial system monitoring.


• Develop the business: participate in contract preparation and pre-sales meeting.


• Develop the CPM team: simplify processes, methods, and tools with creative ideas.

You will bring**

• University degree in Engineering or Technology or Economics, preferably MSC, MBA, or equivalent, with ‎5 to ‎10 years of experience in Project management with most focus on OSS, Core, and Cloud solutions within the telecom and/or ICT industry.


• An outstanding experience in project/program management (traditional waterfall model and agile methodologies), preferably with relevant certifications, with an extensive set of technical and business skills, with a long and proven practice of customer-facing and presentation engagements demonstrating consultative skills.


• Excellent proficient within the overall telecommunications industry and evolution trends.


• Explicit customer-focused business approach with a clear orientation to practical results, revealing accountability and independence in performing their work based on defined objectives.


• Deep knowledge with demonstrated ability of OCC (OSS, Telecom Core & Cloud).


• Having Project manager certification (PMP) or equivalent certification!


• Extensive experience/knowledge of Agile methodologies and certification as an ACP/Scrum Master is an added advantage.


• Have personally assumed leading roles as lead program manager and lead services responsible for the creation of customer proposals and also as part of delivery projects of highly sophisticated consulting and SI intensive solutions, preferably those involving Automated Network Operations OSS (Orchestration, Analytics, and Assurance, Network Management), Core and Cloud (PC, UDM, IMS, MSS, Cloud), related technologies, and have been personally involved in the financial and cost analysis, project and service structuring and delivery phases of such projects.


• Familiar with the main implementation aspects and challenges of Automated Network Operations OSS (Orchestration, Analytics, and Assurance, Network Management), Core and Cloud (PC, UDM, Cloud, IMS, and MSS solutions). In PC, preferably when extending to the evolution to 5GC.


• Proven leadership skills in leading cross-functional teams in either sales or delivery capacity.


• Available to travel around the hub with an expectation to remain outside of the home country based on the business needs.

* Customer, Market Insight and 3rd pp suppliers' management experience.
* Occupational Health & Safety (OHS).
* Leading, supervising, planning, prioritizing and project sales process.
* Proficiency in the English Language.
