Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Manager - Project
Administration to join our team! In this role you will get to .
* Work collaboratively across all functions to ensure that the Delivery team is effective and efficient, in its delivery of submissions, programme plans and key milestones progress
* Ensure that the Delivery Office is tracking effectively the milestones and that all reporting is done on a timely basis
* Oversee budgets and ensure any associated cost are managed in line with the operations division
* Support the weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting requirements across the Division
* Standardise templates and reporting formats
* Manage and assure critical deadlines are met for submissions at a division level
* Develop and support the operational planning and operational readiness programme
Key skills
* At least 10 years' experience in department planning, administration and operational delivery in major programme organisation, in a complex setting
* At least 7 years in a management role looking across more than one department
* Evidence of planning for either a new organisation or a PMO
* Experience of supporting the cost and procurement teams
* Strong administrative skills
* Confident, clear and logical thinker willing to constructively challenge colleagues
* Systematic approach to problem solving and capturing key information
* Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
* Enjoys working in a time pressured environment
* Extensive knowledge of training requirements on major global projects
* Strong work ethic
