Overview of the role
Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through
various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, and hosting or
participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be
able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting
relationships with potential hires.
What you will do
* Works closely with Line Managers to understand required roles.
* Determines the convenient recruiting channels for sourcing.
* Provides shortlisted candidates promptly with solid quality and adherence to role requirements.
* Manages the follow-up with Line Managers and HRBPs to ensure a smooth interviewing process.
* Handles the recruitment process on SAP Success Factors.
* Aligns with the onboarding team to ensure the hiring process is properly concluded.
* Updates recruitment reports and dashboards weekly.

About the Team

What equips you for the role
* Bachelor's degree in Business administration or any related field.
* 3-5 Years Experience in Talent Acquisition.
* Solid Experience in TA
* Good command of spoken and written English.
