Location: Cairo, Egypt
Reporting to: Head or Talent Acquisition MENA
A day in your life as a TA Partner
* You will use your connections and networking abilities to create new channels for sourcing talents and explore the multiple ways you can engage with talents to build strong pipelines for recruitment demand.
* You will have a number of requisitions assigned to you on a regular basis where you will drive the end-to-end recruitment process to successfully fill, from talent sourcing to interviewing and stakeholder management and down to closing/offering and onboarding. You will help the business identify and attract the top talents on the market using gold standard practices in market mapping, sourcing, interviewing and stakeholder management.
* You will build and nurture great relationships with the business stakeholders you work with to ensure smooth collaboration on the recruiting process.
* You will coach and educate hiring managers on interviewing and influence stakeholders in making hiring decisions.
* You will build and nurture relationships with universities as a key source of entry level and YOUth talent, as well as business schools and other academic institutions to source mid-level talents.
* You will be the custodian of candidate experience through following a rigorous recruiting process and Nestle best practices to fulfill a positive and engaging candidate experience.
What will make you successful
* 6-8 years of experience driving TA results, with a solid understanding of the market dynamics in the GCC area.
* Strong communication skills in English to be able to work in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
* Enthusiastic, passionate, and driven personality with good communication skills.
