E-COMMERCE MANAGER
Description
Abbott 's E-Commerce is one of the fastest growing business channels in the
region. The E-Commerce supervisor role will help support Kuwait affiliate on
expanding the eCommerce footprint, fortify relationships with key players in
Kuwait, identify room for business growth, and helps continue to provide our
customers brilliant brand experiences by assuring our presence and content is
always on point.
Responsibilities
* Operational monitoring and quality assurance of our Abbott E-Commerce players.
* Acceleration of growth along all dimensions: e.g. assortment, pricing, listings, or user experience across devices.
* Monitoring of daily reports to track availability, OOS, customer ratings, and other consumer metrics.
* Involvement in various company projects, e.g. acquiring new local partners or implementing new performance processes, and build productive relationships with e-Commerce players.
* Preparation, implementation, and monitoring of new strategic and operational initiatives in our Abbott online vendors.
* Analyze campaigns, increase their ROI and other agreed KPIs. Build & deeply understanding of marketing analytics based on digital metrics (CPA, CTR, conversions, ROAS, etc)
* Coordination & control the timely preparation of marketing activities with customers, according to the promo plan.
* Work closely with peers and local/regional digital & e-Commerce team to identify best practices and processes to manage the digital shelf.
* Identifying seasonal trends, topics, and local insights.
Qualifications
* University degree in business management, Marketing, or comparable degree.
* Experience in e-commerce (or similar), ideally in a business development role.
* Experience working in the Nutrition, Health, Trade or Pharmaceuticals desired.
* knowledge of the e-commerce landscape in Kuwait.
* Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint).
* Native speaker competence in English (oral & written) + Arabic.
* Distinct understanding of numbers and analytical way of working.
* Strong communicational skills.
* Entrepreneurial spirit and sense of responsibility.
* Commercially aware, customer-focused with the ability to use initiative and intuition to troubleshoot and identify issues.
* A keen eye for detail and ability to carry out fast, accurate work.
* Self-motivated and proactive.
* Positive attitude, self-aware and self-motivated
