Role Purpose
The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for administering a state-of-
the-art Magento ‎2 E-commerce platform and managing the day-to-day E-commerce
operations including: category/product configuration, website content updates,
and feature/functionality setup and end-to-end testing. The E-commerce
Specialist will be responsible for developing backend and frontend features
for Magento ‎2 e-commerce platform. This role will also review and monitor
online transactions and enhancing the online customer experience. In addition,
the E-commerce Specialist will be working closely with the corporate call
centre to provide them with the required support needed to ensure customer
satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements
* Develop backend and frontend Magento ‎2 features.
* Develop and customize Magento ‎2 plugins.
* Be able to apply, document and customize Magento ‎2 APIs
* Configure and maintain Magento admin settings.
* Liaise with development team for extensions, upgrades and customizations.

Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in E Commerce, Digital Marketing or related field
* Experience of Magento ‎2 is essential
* Magento certification and experience with CyberSource payment gateway is desirable
* Experience in E Commerce and/or digital marketing
* Knowledge of E Commerce technology and sophisticated analytic
