Senior Sales Executive – Decorative Coatings/Trade Business

developing meaningful partnerships with trade partners? this is your
opportunity.
In this role as a Senior Sales Executive you will handle the Key Trade
Partners and expand the Trade Network with new key accounts.
Here's some of the other things you can look forward to:
* Support the Trade Sales Manager in developing action plans and forecast / budgets for the trade segment.
* Ensures operational activities required for selling process are in control.
* Responsible for fulfilling the reactive customer needs on a daily basis.
* Coordinating with cross segments & functions on a daily basis to ensure there are no operational challenges in relation to Pull Team, Supply chain (inventory/deliveries), Finance (accounts receivales)/marketing activities & tint machine operations.
* The scope of the job will cover job tasks such as ensuring availability of sales tools in our shops. (marketing support - color cards, collaterals, brochures).
* Weekly planning and active frequent visits to trade shops.
* Help in driving the profitability of the existing trade shops of Hempel
* Expanding the trade foot prints & Implementing tasks related to shop openings. ROI as key attribute in selling the business model to the new prospects.
* Handles customer enquiries in an effective manner.
* Support marketing teams in implementing activities/NS launches/Promotions, pricing, portfolio's etc.
* Responsible for training and coaching the Trade partner's sales forces
* Updating contacts, sales activities on daily basis.
* Extensively using Hempel Sales tools for best management of work - Account Development Plan, practicing Persuasive Selling Model (PSM) for value selling, CRM & Hempel sales dashboards on Power BI.
* Training shop sales on Hempel Digital tool
* Key Performance Indicators is a mix of both quantitative & qualitative aspects, these may include; Meeting budgets in terms of revenue/volume/gross margins Achieving strategic KPIs *The above KPI are for indicative purpose and subject to change as per management decision.
The role will be based in Kuwait.
This role reports into the Trade Sales Manager.
You should also have the following qualifications:
* Should hold bachelor's degree
* Minimum of ‎2 years' experience in a Retail environment.
* Familiarity with Sales System, e.g. CRM.
* Superior problem solving skills.
* Ability to resolve operational challenges.
* Familiarity with different sales techniques.
* Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated , service oriented and customer focussed.
* Available to travel occasionally.
