Role Purpose
Provide support for all Sales channels Quality and Efficiency to monitor and
measure the success of Sales Division activities, in terms of voice and data
sales performance, budgets, financial control, SLA monitoring, process
adherence, and other KPIs. Initiate discussions. Key Accountabilities &
Responsibilities
* Monitoring Sales trends in all Sales channels.
* Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly reports to the all Head of departments about their achievements and performances.
* Preparing Business Cases, Engagement Documents and other organization documents aligned with Business requirements.
* Calculating incentives for Sales staff.
* Calculating commission pay-outs for Sales staff for all channels.
* Communicate and follow up with internal departments for Reporting and Sales tools.
* Helping Sales channels in preparing Dashboards and other tools to run the Sales operations smoothly.
* Communication related to the Sales and Technical systems.
* Develop the leading indicators & lagging indicators for all product s across all channels
* To have an excellent understanding on the prepaid & post-paid acquisition /distribution business.
* To monitor the sales capillary for all products & provide recommendation for new ideas for scaling up the sales
* Monitoring of sales incentives for various channels & proposing the same in line with new product
* To create visibility on the overall prepaid, post-paid & data sales portfolio across the channels
* Identify and lead process efficiency opportunities
* Manage strong relationships with internal parties Marketing, Sales channels, and operations.
* Support the Quality and Efficiency Manager to overview budgets and update throughout the year if initial spending levels change (monthly budget performance)
* Actively participate in meetings with BI, Finance, merchandising & sales channel to have a proper understanding on the system & data flow.
* Review the Quality measurement and the post launch analysis on campaign activities and provide relevant information to management
* Support line manager for close coordination with Marketing and Communication teams to drive sales campaign efficiency.
* Support the line Manager to overview budgets and update throughout the year if initial
* spending levels change.
* Develop profitability study for each sales channel & present the same to management quarterly.
* Computation of monthly commissions based on sales reports, taking approvals & submitting to finance department for paying the commissions through payroll.
* Contribute to the Sales Division communication plan through attendance of regular team meetings, the preparation of a weekly status report and attendance at team events.
* Proactively take responsibility for self-improvement by staying well-informed of developments, knowledge and innovations in relevant field of expertise.
* Share knowledge and expertise with peers and the Sales Operation team.
* Other duties as directed by Senior Management or other superiors.
* To support & take the lead in preparing go to market plan as and when assigned.
* Prepare smart incentives for new product launches etc
* Pursue, acquire and communicate changes on Policies and Procedures.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in any discipline from recognized institution
