What's On Your Plate?
* Issue rider gear and equipment to riders as per the company guidelines.
* Receive used or damaged gear/equipment and make clearance as per SOP.
* Daily monitoring of movement and update daily issuance report.
* Stock take/cycle count for available stock.
* Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting on Issuance and clearance
* Spot checking and visiting warehouses for investigation with inventory discrepancies.
* Update each issuance into the system and prepare monthly reports.
* Disposal of used gears as per the company guidelines.
* Provide support to inventory specialists in their tasks to monitor stock and manage stock volume.
What Did We Order?
* Minimum of 2 years of experience as a warehouse coordinator
* Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time with cross-functional teams.
* Comfortable working in a challenging environment.
* Should have excellent interpersonal communication skills, a firm grasp of basic
computer programs, and an ability to work both independently and in a team.
* Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, database and GSheets.
* Strong communication skills (Written and Verbal), Fluent in both languages (Arabic and English)
* People management skills, experience in managing a large group of people preferably drivers.
