Job Vacancy - Inventory Coordinator
We are currently seeking an Inventory Coordinator for our organization. The
ideal candidate must have a transferable visa in Kuwait, a minimum of 5 years
of work experience in a similar field, and a Bachelor's degree.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the inventory levels for the group, ensuring optimal stock levels.
Evaluate suppliers to secure cost-effective deals for the group.
Lead a team in receiving and recording new stock, analyzing different
suppliers, and evaluating shipments.
Daily stock mapping and reconciliation to ensure accurate inventory records.
Ensure incoming and outgoing stocks are properly matched and accounted for.
Utilize software to monitor demand and document inventory characteristics.
Analyze data to anticipate future organizational needs.
Regularly report to management.
Possess outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Experience working with inventory management software and implementing
forecasting strategies.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Ms Dynamics 365 is an added advantage.
Non-Keralites are preferred.
