We are currently seeking high potential graduates to join HSBC Kuwait in an
entry level Associate role supporting the Digital Business Services. The role
holder will have an opportunity to make a great start to their careers working
alongside senior Banking professionals in a fast paced dynamic and
international environment.
Digital Business Services
Digital Business Services provides essential operational services, IT and
technical support to help the HSBC Group function effectively on a day-to-day
basis. We use our expertise and technology to improve the bank's customer
service and efficiency.
Digital Business Services has responsibilities that include: Running customer
service operations and business processes from contact centers to payments
processing, developing software and applications that underpin HSBC's banking
systems, managing IT systems, infrastructure and support, implementing major
strategic change programs, procuring goods and services for the Group,
Managing HSBC's global corporate real estate portfolio.
Requirements
Knowledge, Experience and Qualification required:
* Bachelor degree in relevant area with min GPA ‎2.5/‎4.0.
* Knowledge of international business and various industry sectors
* Exposure to and appreciation of working in a global environment
* Strong 'team' skills promoting an environment of co-operation and trust, overcoming resistance where encountered
* Possess analytical and financial skills
* Good prioritizing, organizational and time management abilities
* Ability to make decisions
* Good verbal and written communications skills
