Job Summary:
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the human resources
activities of the organization. This includes but is not limited to
recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations,
and benefits administration.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* %B7 Conduct recruitment activities including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees as per the recruitment process.
* %B7 Plan and organize employee engagement activities to promote a positive work culture and increase employee morale.
* %B7 Maintain job descriptions, performance appraisal forms in HRMS, and training plans.
* %B7 Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, as per the policy
* %B7 Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
* %B7 Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and providing feedback to employees.
* %B7 Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, including maintaining employee records and reporting requirements.
* %B7 Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
* %B7 Analyze the data pertaining to letters, attendance, leaves.
* %B7 Manage the employee files & employee service request as per the SOP.
* %B7 Manage the accurate data in HRMS.
%B7 Maintain Organizational structure.
%B7 Monitor and maintain all documents required for the HR Audit as per ISO
standards. Assist AHRM in the internal and external audit.
%B7 Assist with developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications :
* %B7 Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
* %B7 ‎2- -‎3 years of experience in human resources.
* %B7 Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
* %B7 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* %B7 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* %B7 Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* %B7 Experience using HR software.
