Contract) Job Description:* * Purpose: Assistant Supervisor - the role
holder is responsible to adhere with the cGMP principles and to maintain them
in an effective manner. B e aware of general system, documents flow, personal
and material flow according to the - respected SOP Key responsibilities &
Accountability: Processing: Dispensing raw materials, Formulation, Material
preparation, Filtration, Filling, Inspection, Labellinq, and Shipment in
accordance with GMP Principle. Preparation, review and approvals of process
Processing: Dispensing raw materials, Formulation, Material preparation,
Filtration, Filling, Inspection, Labelinq, and Shipment in accordance with GMP
Principle. Preparation, review, and approvals of process-related documents
like BMR, SOP, and Formats logbooks. Checkinq the production materials like
RM, PPM.SPM and planning for production. Effectively work within a cross-
functional team to complete critical project tasks. Preparation, revision &
traininQ of all required SOPs for the department. Review of processed batch
records before releasing the product. Process Validation, Process
optimization, Scale Up. ArranqinQ the area cleaning Schedules and providing
the proper disinfectants for area cleaning. Maintaining the state of clean-
rooms Class-A & Class-B areas. Proper training for the aseptic operator for
personnel behavior in clean rooms. Initiation of breakdown Maintenance work
order and follow-up for the preventive maintenance. TraininQ for the Employees
on the Job Roles Support CIP and SIP and validation proQrams as necessarv.
Investigates and troubleshoots problems that occur and determines solutions or
recommendationsfor chanQes and/or improvements. HandlinQ of EDMS and eQMS
tools like ChanQe Control, Deviations, Exception, CAPA, etc Writing,
reviewing, and proposing new and updated SOPs an-d processes in order to
improve the QMS and related s'/stems. To assist in other unit operations as
and when required or as instructed by the Manager/Dept.head. Core Competency
In terms of competency you are highly result oriented with strong sense of
accountability & ownership. Good on process Compliance Must be a resourceful
problem solvers and must possess strong ability to work effectively under
pressure and meet established deadlines.Ability to understand new learnings
and implant in workplace. Qualifications: - Education ‎4 years Bachelor Degree
in Pharmacy or Science or any equivalent field. - Experience: At least ‎3-‎52-‎4
years' experience in similar organization in pharma / Health care / Medical
Industry. - Training: Key Competencies: Good user in office management
software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, etc.). Technical Competencies:
Good command in English (communicating, writing and speaking).
