Job Description
The Operations Executive plays a key role on all operational tasks for the
APEX team.
Main Tasks
Technical & Product
* Carries out daily trade operations which cover all stages of order processing for digital and OOH.
* Responsible to share material and tags with the digital and OOH partners.
* Supports on salesforce data upload.
* Aligns with agency operation team on all APEX TV bookings.
* Sharing of monthly reporting with internal team and supplier.
* Ensures vouching and billing are happening on time.
Business Accumen and Operational Efficiency
* Has experience in using Navision and Salesforce

* Controls costs through continuous improvement initiatives to identify and eliminate waste.
* Is innovative in building templates to track our billings and unbilled statements.
