The Role
We are seeking for a candidate to take up the role of an operations executive.
The duty times and working days are: 9am-6pm (Mondays- Fridays) The job role
includes: - Review of documents to match customs requirements - Pass BOE as
per requirement - Preparation of Gate Pass - Updating internal clients on the
clearance status - Maintaining trackers and monitoring service levels -
Coordination with customs and required authorities for processing of BOE -
Knowledge of several customs related approvals and the process know how
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a minimum 3 years’ experience in passing BOE’s
(Import/Export various modes) to be suitable for this role. - Good knowledge
of customs processes in UAE is an advantage - Light vehicle driving license -
