Job Purpose: To provide a dedicated consultant sourcing service to EG-IT. Plan
and implement consultant sourcing activities, maintain the EG-IT skills
catalogue and assessment centre library, manage the new joiner induction
processes, provide resource support and track and monitor resource related
statistics. Ensure sufficient and appropriate office space in the short and
long term for EG-IT. Job Outline: - Ensure selection and recruitment of the
highest quality consultants who are capable and competent to perform and
project the Emirates Group vision. Implement sourcing plans and methodology to
achieve a consistent quality outcome. - Understand the operational objectives
and consultant manpower needs of EG-IT and translate this into cost effective
sourcing up and down initiatives and an action plan to meet the departmental
requirements. At all times ensuring quality service standards and quality of
sourced candidates and those cost-effective strategies are utilised. - Provide
statistical/analytical information to management on matters such as, status
reports, non-standard consultant selections and exceptions, dropouts and rate
comparisons, attrition reporting based on technology, skill or role,
highlighting problems and recommend solutions/alternatives to on-going issues.
- Build professional relationships with Software Engineering, Project, Trainee
Program and other EG-IT Managers, in order to provide a committed service and
balancing process integrity issues with the needs to be responsive to
departmental pressures. Advise Managers on the interpretation of behavioural
evidence, influencing and negotiating selection decisions. - Professionally
work with and provide feedback on the quality of support provided by sourcing
suppliers when operationally working with them, ensuring that Emirates brand
image and high standards of service are reflected by all processes where
support is provided. - Maintain the skills catalogue in terms of active and
future skills ensuring that all skills as per the JD's are in the catalogue
and work with the Work Product Owner to keep the skill definitions up to date.
- Manage and administer the joining and exit process for all consultant staff,
ensuring all the relevant milestones are achieved on time or early and that
appropriate data is collected at all stages of the process. - Provide
administration services to EG-IT, including research, data entry and quality
assurance for reporting, EG-IT wide manpower reporting and tracking of all
approvals to ramp up or down, invoicing sourcing suppliers. Manage office
assistants, receptionist and other admin staff as well as the service
provided. - Analyse and recommend the level of office capacity, engaging with
Facilities to ensure space is available and ready to use in line with our
sourcing up/down plans. Be the single point of contact for the EG-IT for the
office environment for staff, the Work Environment Committee and Facilities.
Qualifications & Experience: Information Technology. Project Management : 5+
Years Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) Experience in a Recruitment or
Admin/Office Manager role, preferably within the IT industry or a large
corporate / multinational / professional services organization. Written and
verbal communication skills in English.
