You are responsible for
* Establishing clear short and long-term strategy together with external and internal stakeholders.
* Driving sell-out, ensuring profitability and growth.
* Developing, maintaining and driving continuous improvement of the relations with existing and potential customers in Middle East for the key accounts.
* Creating yearly sales plans, with the help of sales management, setting targets and planning actions and MarCom deliverables.
* Creating the optimal offers to the accounts together with Marketing, Services and Supply Chain teams.
* Initializing customer tailored sales actions and supporting sales actions.
* Monitoring the quality of the realization of the actions, improvement of contact between the internal service and the customers to get a good result of the actions.
* Systematically analyzing and reporting sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends to make proposals for improvement and introducing new ways of working.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and
experience

* Bachelors Degree,
* Minimum ‎5 years of related experience in sales preferably in consumer goods,
* Excellent communication skills,
* High leadership skills,
* High ownership,
* Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written, additional Arabic knowledge is an asset.
