Exceptional solutions require exceptional people. We are looking for a
proactive Key Account Manager to join our Retail Sales team based in
Dubai. The role holder will be responsible for managing and nurturing
growing relationships with our key retail accounts. The ideal candidate will
be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth, developing strategies to
increase market share through new retail channels, and ensuring customer
satisfaction.
Your Tasks
* Achieve sales targets and revenue growth through effective account management and new channel development
* Develop and execute sales and account management plans as per the UAE Retail strategy to meet or exceed sales goals and targets
* Develop and maintain relationships with key retail partners across the UAE market to identify opportunities for growth
* Implement "best merchandising practices" and ensure Karcher products get higher shop floor visibility
* Forecast sales to enable timely procurement and to maintain minimum stock level at all times
* Provide support to retailers and resolve issues/complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with key partners
* Acquire detailed knowledge, understanding and analysis of the market, current line-up and competitors' product offers
* Conduct regular market visits to ensure outlets are up to company standards as per the retail strategy and recommend areas of improvement
* Manage and evaluate a team of promoters and closely monitor their performance by providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure productivity
* Identify training needs of promoters and deliver regular product trainings
Your Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in Key account management within the Retail industry, with a proven track record of success
* Proactive and customer-centric approach with an entrepreneurial mindset
* Strong negotiation and leadership skills
* Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
* Must have a valid UAE driving license
