Roles & Responsibilities:
* Responsible for achieving strategic objectives per customer - i.e. NR, COP, Gross Margin, NWC
* Build long-term partnerships with the customer. Manage customer negotiations in relation to Reckitt Benckiser commercial strategy and the customer trading terms
* Identifying new potential IMT, LMT partners; Capitalizing business progression based on expansion plans of these customers to drive NR
* Implementation and ongoing management of the category strategy per customer
* Responsible for the promotional strategy per customer, and promotional execution (including trade budget management, range and space optimization)
* Responsible for developing customer new product launch plans and ensuring successful implementation
* Continuous improvement in the management of the account by identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability and overall improvement in the management of categories
Skills & Competencies
* Strategic Planning & Monitoring: Proactively collect and analyse relevant data and, where necessary, seek new data sources to identify opportunities for corrective action and growth.
* Building Business / Customer Relationships: Leads in the management of stakeholder interests and continually enhances relationships while building new stakeholder and company linkage
* FMCG experience in Sales / Marketing and Key Account Management
* Educated to minimum bachelor's degree level ideally in a business-related subject - from a recognized University
* Negotiation & Influence: Plans and undertakes complex and contractual business negotiations with major customers
* Innovative and creative in designing Key Account strategies
