About the job
* Overall responsibility to manage local retailers accounts in assigned territory
* Strengthen Swarovski's Travel Retail presence & visibility; Branding / Distribution / Assortment / Promo / Price / Staff
* Manage sell-in and sell-out in line with global guidelines. Support the local Merchandising team in defining the seasonal assortments by providing feedback on customer/market needs. Lead the seasonal collections presentation to partners at sales events such as Dealer Days.
* Responsible to facilitate replenishments and ensuring right stock levels to drive sustainable results.
* Build and foster strong relationship with the retailers through regular follow-ups, meetings as well as at sales event such as tradeshows, Dealer Days etc.
* Overall lead for the acquisition of new accounts. Responsible for the partner assessment & overall commercial negotiation with new partners regarding terms and conditions based on the given framework defined by the Global Commercial Management Team.
* Conduct stores visits to motivate and train the brand ambassadors, complete visitation reports, and optimize the retail execution through KPI's and VM.
* Define short and mid-term budgets, break down and set corresponding targets on a partner level based on given plan.
* Provide feedback to Global Teams via the Head of Sales and MD on customer/market cluster needs, initiatives/tools as well as proposing any other improvement ideas.
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the
following:
* University Degree in marketing or equivalent
* Minimum ‎3 years of professional experience in a similar role with ‎5 - ‎8 years senior level.
* Responsible for managing and growing assigned accounts, sell-in and sell-out as well as the acquisition of new accounts for the assigned IR territory.
* Demonstrate ability to build and maintain productive and cohesive relationships with peers and cross-functional teams.
* Clear picture for career development with strong potential ambition will be a plus
