Responsibility:
* Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
* To look after day-to-day operations for both the plants.
* Align and work closely with Import/ Export and trade execution team and monitor the shipments.
* Participating in the development and execution of strategic business plans
* Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure all relevant organizational and project goals are being met
* Supervising the work of employees and providing feedback when necessary
* Ensuring a safe and secure workplace by making sure all government regulations and compliance standards are adhered to.
* Suggesting new policies and procedures to help improve business profitability
* Working with internal stakeholders to implement new policies and procedures
* Supervise inventory management team
* Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees
* Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions
* Oversee Local sales aligning with Business Head.
Business Development Manager Requirements :
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
* Experience in Operations/sales or related field.
* Strong communication skills and Excel fluency.
* Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
* Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
* Comfortable using a computer for various tasks
