ourselves in. JOB PURPOSE Responsible for online content management and
marketing activities for online brands created by dnata Travel; while working
in close conjunction with the dnata E-commerce Product Development team in
order to ensure effective management of the online brands. JOB
ACCOUNTABILITIES - Source and collate assets (e.g. images; travel related
content) for various channels e.g. newsletters; web and mobile; while ensuring
compliance with Corporate Communications (CC) guidelines according to
timelines agreed internally. - Liaise with internal departments including
dnata?s Product Development (PD) team and Corporate Communications; to ensure
the product strategy and content calendar are activated and that the agreed
initiatives are implemented correctly and according to the annual marketing
calendar. - Supply day-to-day source content for CC to feed into the content
administrator via the Content Management System. Ensure the alignment of
online with offline activities; merchandising and other collateral that has
been approved by CC and PD. - Contribute to the digital strategy planning and
ensure all product and marketing messages; events and activities are
communicated to the Digital Communications Unit for Search Engine
Optimization; Pay Per Click and Display Campaign Management. Work with the
Digital Communications Team to review the Media model (i.e. advertising and
monetizing traffic); etc. as directed by the CC and PD teams. - Track customer
preferences; behavior and feedback to constantly improve content channels and
to achieve targeted online metrics and provide relevant recommendations to the
E-Commerce Product Development Manager. - Manage the online channels on a day
to day basis by actively monitoring the traffic; customer feedback;
performance and all business defined KPIs. Generate relevant reports to
influence stakeholders by giving insight to the consumer and website trends
and providing recommendations for enhancements. - Research developments and
trends on competitor sites; social networks and identify valuable features and
content in order to enhance the online channel content and customer
experience.
Qualifications & Experience: MINIMUM
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS: Experience: Commercial/Sales.Other
: 3+ Years Qualifications: Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
Knowledge/Skills: Preferably in Marketing/Advertising or a related subject.
Experience having worked in an online B2C environment, preferably in the
travel domain. Knowledge of social networking, preferably having actively
engaged in blogging. Knowledge of direct consumer communication and the
customer service experience required. Experience in online marketing, Search
Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is preferred.
Knowledge of travel/community portals is preferable.
