Job Responsibilities:



  • Perform day-to-day secretarial work

  • Implementation of files inherent to current personnel management decisions (drafting of employment contracts, absences, paid leave, relations with social organizations and administrations, etc.)

  • Assistance in the recruitment process (drafting and distribution of advertisements, organization of tests and recruitment appointments, relations with service providers and schools, etc.)

  • Ensure the management of absences and departures of employees

  • Keep track of the attendance dashboard

  • Follow up on group training

  • Respond to internal and external queries

  • Prepare presentations and administrative documents

  • Link between the different departments of the company

  • Response to employee requests and expectations


Job Requirements:



  • Minimum Degree in Human Resources Management

  • Ideally ‎3 years of similar work experience

  • Fluency in French mandatory - English and/or German would be an added advantage

  • Excellent sense of organization

  • Analytical and synthetical mind

  • Very good communication skills
