1. Deposit cheques and cash to banks, as well as for other payments that may

4. Handling of files and documents should be dealt with in a sensitive and
ethical manner.
Where required, confidentiality should be maintained and not disclose any
details unless Authorized by the Line Manager.
5. Demonstrate a presentable and courteous nature when dealing with visitors
and staff.
Attend to visitors queries and direct them to the concerned individual.
6. Provide beverages to the guests, staff and represent the Department in a
cordial & hospital manner.
7. Performs other related duties as required.
Requirements
Education: Higher Secondary Schooling
Work Experience: Minimum 3 years
Language & Skills: Bilingual Speaking and writing, English proficiency
License: Preferably with UAE / GCC Driving License
