Currently, we are currently looking for a passionate and energetic
Messenger to be based in the DGF- RAK Branch. In this role, the
successful candidate is responsible for document collection from various
Danzas locations, customer and government offices. He also responsible to
assist customer with customs inspections, cheque collections and update daily
clearance report.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collect documents from all departments and customers based in different locations to ensure timely and efficient movement of documents.
* Collect manage and record cheques details to ensure its accurate and timely movement.
* Assess and collect documents from chamber of commerce to ensure completeness of the documents prior to acceptance.
* Record status on documents collected, managed and dispatched to ensure smooth & timely movement of documents.
* Provide, documentation for customs submission and a signed copy to Operations coordinator for filing and updating accounts ensuring timely completion of process.
* Assistance for customs inspection and documents submission to RAK customs authority.
* Perform other duties & responsibilities from time to time as may be assigned by the team to ensure adherence to timelines and processes.

Job Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
* UAE Driving License is a must
* Customs knowledge
* High school level education
* ‎1 year experience in customs clearance operations (preferred)
