Job Description
Responsible for the delivery of sales invoices and other billing statements
and pick up of collections from the client as well as administrative services
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Delivers sales invoices/billing statements and other documents to various clients and suppliers.
* Collects payment from clients such as checks and other cash items.
* Depositing the collected checks and cash in the bank daily or weekly when needed.
* Issues OR to clients and reports to Supervisor.
* Mails, pick-ups, and delivers documents to affiliate organizations, government agencies, clients, etc.
* Filling section related documents.
* Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
* Educated to degree level or equivalent
* Computer literate
* Significant experience working within a busy Finance team
* Relevant experience is preferable.
