Job Description:
* Screen resumes and application forms.
* Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
* Follow up with candidates to attend interviews in scheduled date, time and venue.
* Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
* Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
* Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
* Assist with the Visa Application process.
* Design creative sourcing strategy and build strong pipelines for specific roles.
