What will be my primary responsibilities in this role:
Product Management
* Be the Product Champion for Process Level in the World Area
* Understand market dynamics, competition and long-term growth potential for PL and formulate strategy accordingly
* Liaise with factory and align with business unit's global strategies for PL.
* Address any quality issues on solutions delivered in coordination with PMO/ LCS and the factory.
* Monitor, analyse and update competitor actions in related market segments and implement corrective strategies.
* Continuously identify opportunities for development of new products / solutions and feedback to factory
* Improve situational fluency of sales team in identifying customer pains and appropriately positioning solutions using PL products.
* Support X-BU Industry Initiatives for Chemicals, Sustainability etc. as and when applicable.
Business Development
* Develop new markets / industry segments in MEA for Process Level products
* Create and implement business development plan for process level products in MEA
* Identify key growth initiatives which are aligned with factory as well as BU initiatives
* Drive and support marketing campaigns for identified key growth initiatives, track, improve upon actual results
* Support periodic seminars / webinars to the concerned markets.
Sales
* Lead the sales & marketing effort for process level products in the region
* Work with regional sales teams to meet annual orders, sales and profit targets for the product line
* Lead key project pursuits and provide required techno-commercial support to Sales Team
* Provide continuous support to the Regional Sales management teams and their appointed representatives / end customers on Product Orientation, Sales Training and Application engineering to maximize sales success for Process Level.
* Technical presentations and updates to key customers
What do I need to be considered for this role?
* Bachelor's Degree with minimum 12 years of sales/marketing experience in instrumentation.
* Experience of Level Measurement technologies and level applications in Hydrocarbon Industry is desirable. Hands-on experience with Process Level instrumentation will be plus.
* Must have extensive experience in Oil & Gas along with diverse industries like Refineries, Petrochemical, Chemicals, Fertilizer, Power, F&B Instrumentation with a proven record of success in sales and marketing management
* Domain Knowledge Demonstrated experience, knowledge and understanding of key business drivers, unique needs of end-users and channel partners for Process Level applications.
