JOB DESCRIPTION
* Provide commercial support and assist with the preparation of bids, tenders and contractual agreements.
* Prepare and maintain all contract documents and following company commercial processes.
* Compile and submit tenders and RFQ responses.
* Perform all commercial aspects and tasks as required.
* To initiate all compliance adherence in all job process.
* Prepare contract documents.
* Provide support in floating tender and collecting quotations.
* Performing bid analysis and advise on suitability.
* Perform TPA / CTPA documentation and advise management accordingly for compliance where required.
* Clarify any issues in-line with statutory and internal compliance requirements as and where required.
* Extend support to Sales Manager, Supply Chain Team, Project & Repair Managers on estimation and relates.
* Prepare profit analysis for management approval for every sales items.
* Support and negotiate on contract terms when required.
* Organize internal and external meetings and discussions on tenders received and on the scope of work and it's relates.
* To extend support on lead time for quotations on stock items, and in cases of non-stock items, cross verify with the supply chain personnel and update accordingly.
* Maintain all contract documents and monitor the validity.
* To coordinate all local purchases with quotations and suitability by ensuring compliance.
* Fully comply and adhere to company policies, procedures, memorandums, instructions, and region circulars.
* Perform all his department duties and any other additional works / tasks that may be assigned time to time as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
* Graduation in Engineering with three to five years relevant experience and or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Min. three years' experience in commercial works in oilfield (offshore / onshore) marine or fabrication industries.
* MRP / ERP software experience preferred.
* Proficient in MS windows.
* Ability to speak effectively with customers, vendors and employees at all level within the organization
* Fluency in English Language to read, write and speak is a must, fluency in other languages will be an advantage.
* Proficiency in technical reading and writing.
* UAE / International driver's license will be an advantage
* Work with minimum supervision.
* Able to work under pressure efficiently.
