Commercial Support Executive

You will act as a specialist, supporting sales with sales activities,
documentation handling, follow-ups, CRM updates, lead generation, quotations
to customers, specifications to customers, customer Communication.
Here's some of the other things you can look forward to:
* CRM Opportunities Pipeline and follow up (CARAVEL Hub-Middle East).
* Creation of quotations and specifications in AX and IQS/CPQ.
* Price List management and documentation (ensuring adhering to Authority Matrix, archiving).
* Support for customer product queries - from collection of information to basic technical advice.
* Guarantees issuing, coordination, control.
* Coordinating OBP documentation and log.
* High quality and management of Guarantees.
* Maintaining OBP documentation as per process.
* Compliant and updated Price Lists.
* High quality of reporting and analysis.
* Timely support in business decisions/processes for commercial team.
This role will report to the Sales Manager Marine -EMEA/Hub ‎2
The role will be based in Sharjah (UAE).
To succeed in the role the following skills and experience is required:
You should also have the following qualifications:
* Graduate and above
* Excellent MS Office, Excel skills
* Well-rounded in ERP and CRM environment
* Excellent communication skills both oral and written
* Excellent Organization skills, able to set priorities and responsive to customer requests.
* Customer Focus and highly keen on learning
* Able to prioritize and meet deadline while handling interruptions and working under pressure
