* Purchase requisitions, Store / Inventory & Receiving Operations / Sales Orders/ Deliveries & Work Orders
* Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions to order materials, goods, and supplies.
* Track and review deliveries against any orders and continuous follow-ups.
* Arranging collections for international suppliers
* Create Sales Order against order (Oracle)
* Liaise with local Chamber of Commerce to apply for shipping certificates.
* Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand transport issues/logistic requirements.
* Responsible for Stock Monitoring
* Liaise and negotiate with 3rd party logistics.
* Must support any other task as assigned by the department head.
Essential Skills:
* Experience and the ability to communicate on all levels of business.
* Effective negotiation and closing skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure.
* Good IT skills with MS. Office, preferably Oracle 12.2
* Strong Excel skills.
