Logistics Coordinator

Currently, we are looking for a passionate and energetic Logistics
Coordinator to be based in the DGF - Ocean Freight - Export. In this
role, the successful candidate will provide complete warehousing and
distribution support to the customer by effectively processing all inbound
operations within specified time frames thereby achieving profitability,
ensuring high quality standards, accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Process all the inbound shipments of VAL & GC, Repair & Return Shipments, ATA Carnets, as per our SLA.


• Effective, accurate, timely preparation of documents and liaise with respective stake holders for custom clearance of all Import Shipments.


• Accurate and timely updation of the stock in the Warehouse Management System as per the SLA.


• Effective recording and reporting of the data in the activity report.


• Accurate updating and maintenance of the Master database, HS Codes, COO.


• Co-ordinate & liaise with all stake holders for shipment status, stock discrepancies, claims and ensure timely closure of the same.


• Maintain record of cost per shipment to assist in Budget Management.


• Complete two projects of operations improvement by year.

Job Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Graduate in any discipline


• ‎1 years experience in freight forwarding, warehousing & distribution operations.


• Basic knowledge of Computers.


• Basic knowledge of Customs.


• Self- motivated, Innovative, Organised, Honest and has Initiative.
